安裝quantmod套件失敗

您好，我是東吳巨資的學生。我想請問：在https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V86sYG2WoDs&list=PLLSknrdOLKyExmSXobXQebQUg2kESYGIe&index=3 這個影片中，我執行到>library(devtools)

install_github("joshuaulrich/quantmod")這步時出現"ERROR: dependency 'TTR' is not available for package 'quantmod'* removing 'C:/Users/kikori/Documents/R/win-library/3.2/quantmod'.

而試著安裝其他套件也出現Warning in install.packages :
package ‘captr’ is not available (for R version 3.2.3)

想請問是出了什麼問題呢？

https://cran.r-project.org/web/checks/check_results_captr.html 顯示這套件剛剛更新，所以請等個一兩天再安裝囉！
