bug : Unreadable Navbar Text

Describe the bug
The navbar is slightly transparent, causing the text on it to become unreadable when scrolling down on white cards.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://lupo-skill.web.app.
2. Scroll down the page.
3. Observe the navbar as it overlays white image or cards.
4. Notice that the text on the navbar becomes difficult to read.

Expected behavior
The transparency of the navbar should be decreased, or it should be made fully opaque when scrolling down, ensuring the text remains visible and legible over white cards.
