[BUG] Remove "Forgot Password?" link from Create Account page

🐛 Description

The Create Account (Sign Up) page incorrectly displays a "Forgot Password?" link.
This option is not relevant during account creation, since users do not yet have a password to reset.

🤔 Expected Behavior

• The "Forgot Password?" link should not appear on the Create Account page.
• It should only be available on the Login page, where it makes sense for existing users.

📝 Additional Context

• The presence of "Forgot Password?" on the signup page may confuse new users.
• UI layout should remain consistent after the link is removed.
