Description
Currently, the footer does not include LinkedIn and Discord links, limiting user engagement and opportunities for the community to connect. Adding these links will improve accessibility and ensure users can easily find and join the project’s professional and community platforms.

Benefits
-Improves community engagement through Discord
-Strengthens professional visibility via LinkedIn
-Provides users with quick access to official channels
-Enhances footer functionality and completeness

Suggested Implementation
-Add LinkedIn and Discord icons to the footer section
-Ensure links open in a new tab (target="_blank") for better UX
-Style icons consistently with existing social media links
-Add hover effects for interactivity
-Test responsiveness across devices
