fix(devtool): resolve text overflow and wrapping behavior

Describe the bug

In the devtool body, if a statement overflows the body, the user should scroll to the right to see the actual message; if he/she doesn't notice that, it will cause misunderstanding of socket behaviour.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the Tapsi web application
2. Request a ride
3. Open the devtool
4. The last subscription is not showing completely, and you have to scroll horizontally

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to
happen.

I expect that the user sees the whole message by word breaking, or he/she notices that the body will scroll horizontally.
