Slow startup

Good evening,

Thank you for the plugin, however for now I think I'll disabled it as according to opencode logs it takes between one to two seconds just to load at start:

As a comparison other plugins take tens of milliseconds:

By any chance can you investigate why such a slow start time?

I think its due to requiring this package which is necessary to be able to use reuse authentication that you've already configured through opencode, not much I can do about that unless opencode creates a way for me to use their configured LLMs natively.
