Link broken in jetson orin nano comfyui_setup step 3

Description

The installation guide for ComfyUI on the Jetson Orin Nano Developer Kit references PyTorch, TorchVision, and Torchaudio wheel URLs from pypi.jetson-ai-lab.dev that are no longer reachable in step 3. The domain does not resolve (NXDOMAIN) and pip installation fails.

Steps to reproduce

1. Follow the ComfyUI setup guide for Jetson Orin Nano.
2. Run the pip install command referencing pypi.jetson-ai-lab.dev.
