Test game piece shooting. Create google sheet of reliability. Try many different speeds, control modes, and observe results

Edit: this is being moved to low priority due to a lack of time for testing

Set drive train, elevator, arm constant for now. Just vary the intake speeds and control modes for now. We need to test reliability as well. Make sure different cone sizes work too. And cube PSI deflation too.

Code to easily plug and play and check and test different config. The code written won't actually be pushed, this is research stage.
