As a user, I shoudl be able to choose any filter as "Always ON Filter", such that through all of my navigation and/or searching this filter is automatically applied.

AC1. This filter must be selected intuitively. Perhaps an always on tag/filter box on the right that a user can drag the filter to. The filter would then stay in that box until the user clicks an X next to it.
AC2. The user also must be able to save his always on filters, such that they are always applied when they are loged on.
