[Feature]: Replace all atoms containing Chakra UI with ShadCN

Currently the app leverages a suite of atoms that are powered by Chakra UI. These atoms would need to be converted to ShadCN and updated if necessary.

Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. Add any considered drawbacks.

These atoms would need Chakra UI removed and replaced with ShadCN or a vanilla Tailwind equivalent:

• button
• logo
• spinner
• text-input
• text-box
• default-text
• header-text

The atoms that have props to ensure that they look good in the project would need to be updated. Please use the existing design system and Figma document to best determine what changes need to be made:

Just want to make a quick note that instead of Preline, we're going to go with ShadCN instead.
