Ships showing transparent on launch pad and until out of at-mo (On Kerbin)

Whenever I launch a ship they are transparent until I am out of at-mo. Once out of at-mo they become solid and stay solid.
Currently running a compile of the master branch 0.1.5.2

However they are supposed to be transparent while in the safety bubble only.

OK I'll test that out. The safety bubble value is in meters right?

I think it makes sense to add a ScreenMessage in the upper-right while in the bubble as well, just to make the cause more obvious
