I am testing whether coding agents can choose and safely use developer tools from their docs.
TencentDB Agent Memory is a good candidate because local long-term memory needs clear setup, privacy, storage, and misuse boundaries for agents.
Would a short score and docs feedback be useful to the maintainers?
