Getting repeated "Failed to process merkletree write queue"

On all the screens getting this issue. Seems to be making the shielding UI unuseable.

I've had that happen sometimes. A workaround is to select Enable Responsive Menu on the main screen. It will flicker, but it also overwrites the error messages on redraw so the UI remains usable. Since this is a terminal application, the functionality should be added to trigger a redraw on demand with CTRL+L.

CTRL+L appears to work on the main screen, but not on some subscreens like Switch Network.

So you can get lost on the Switch Network page and have to Ctrl-C out. Then if the selected network isn't working, as Binance Network wasn't working for me, the program will have an oops and exit on startup until you manually edit .zKeyChains/.plasma_0.zKey and change currentNetwork back to Ethereum or something.
