Very long 'hang' for regular users, but not for 'admin'

I had this issue with the licensed version, and also with this github version (I purchased Capri for all my servers). When I login as admin, everything works fine. However when a regular user logs in, or even if I list all users, choose a user, and click 'login as user', the skin shows the header, the 'Your account' pane, and hangs there for several minutes. After a certain timeout, the rest of the page loads.

I thought perhaps it's the license check, and there might be an issue accessing the licensing server. However I noticed your readme says license check no longer happens in the most recent version.

I tried debugging directadmin itself, but it appears not to be a DA issue (works fine with the 'enhanced' skin, no hangs whatsoever).

Do u have the full skin? include the functions.php?
It also can be a problem with the api calls. i will see if i can reduce the api calls

This started suddenly. It worked for a few years (at least 3 years). I switched from the purchased version, to the free skin I found in this github repo, and it didn't resolve the issue. I switch to this skin because I thought it was something to do with the license check which suddenly broke. Now it looks like this is not the case. I can give you access to the server if you want to verify something yourself. Let me know.

I think problem with include the functions.php (permition or web service configuration). I dont have any problems on all my servers but i can look you problem...

i'm on vaction right now so i cant do any updates.

but make sure the old (payed) version of capri is removed from the server.
When i'm back from vaction i will contact u if its not resolved to see if we can find it server-side what is going on.

Please update skin and check. Last update have many changes with replace php code to tokens...
