[Issue] Airtable Analytics ToDos

Description

1. Modify the existing Airtable CSV output 'Date Created' field fro a timestamp to a date in the format YYYY-MM-DD.
2. Test connectivity + upload ability to the analytics data lake using the AWS UI.
3. Test connectivity to the analytics database using DBeaver
4. Test MSCK REPAIR TABLE
5. Verify ability to modify Grafana dashboard.
