Chrome URL installs x86/x64 version of Chrome on Apple Silicon/ARM Macs

Describe the bug
The command to install Google Chrome installs the wrong version on Apple Silicon Macs. The x86/x64 version is installed from the URL https://dl.google.com/chrome/mac/universal/stable/GGRO/googlechrome.dmg and then cannot update once installed.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Use the command to install on next registration

Expected behavior
The command should install the ARM version of Google Chrome on Apple Silicon Macs.
