Add tooltip(s) to the two repair buttons on a vendor

When presented with these buttons:

It is not apparent which button does what, and it is unreasonable for users to /fstack the buttons to see what they do 😝

If there could be tooltips for these buttons to indicate the left one is repair with your own money and the right is repair with your guild's money, that'd be grand 👍

As it turns out, the information is there, but only if you have items needing repair:

That will hopefully make implementation of tooltip for disabled buttons easier 😄

I've finally had a look at this one and it's more nuanced than I first thought.

1. When the npc can repair, the first repair button is always shown
2. When the npc can repair, the 2nd repair button is always shown
3. When the npc can repair and you can repair via guild, the 3rd repair button is shown

Now, when there is nothing to repair, the 2nd and 3rd buttons are disabled -> no tooltip
(Same goes for the sell all junk button not having a tooltip (disabled) when there is no junk to sell)

So, with this information, I'm not sure how to go forward.

I don't understand the problem, can disabled buttons not have tooltips?

If not, would it be possible to have a different icon for guild repair vs own repair?

Also in your list of points, there's still two repair buttons (points 1 and 2) that sound like they function the same way, why are there two?
