PDP Xbox Riffmaster Not Working on Clone Hero #71

I'm here because the well of previous resources has legitimately run dry.

My Riffmaster has been working perfectly fine since I got it in December. It still runs perfectly fine on my Xbox Series X on games like Fortnite Festival. It's inputs are also still picked up by my laptop in general, as it still takes a screenshot when I press the screenshot button. However, it refuses to work specifically on Clone Hero. It doesn't even pick up my input to select my account on the main menu.

I've tried everything. A YouTube tutorial from a few days ago said that a recent Windows 11 (which is what my computer runs on) update messed some things up and said to uninstall Microsoft GameInput, which I did, but it was already not working beforehand, and continues to not work after I uninstalled the program. I have tried using it as both a WinUSB and GameInput Backend device on RB4InstrumentMapper. I have tried updating my drivers and rolling back my drivers, both while the device was being picked up as a "Microsoft Gaming Device" and a "USB device" on Device Manager. I have played with WinUSB enabled and disabled on RB4InstrumentMapper while the device was under GameInput Backend. I have restarted my computer dozens of times and put the dongle in every different USB drive on my laptop. The dongle and Riffmaster both light up like normal, and like I said earlier, they work fine everywhere but Clone Hero. To be honest, I don't even know if I should be talking about this here, or with the folks at Clone Hero. I legitimately do not know what the problem is.

Do you have any clue what the issue may be? Maybe I'm just awful with computers and clueless here, but I'm truly lost.
