RB4 crashing after a few seconds

using tocaedit for gh3 and using rb4 it works for a couple seconds, works with tocaedit, and then crashes.

The problem is related to a recent update to Microsoft GameInput. One workaround is to simply uninstall Microsoft GameInput. It will try to auto reinstall itself all the time, so you have to keep doing it.

Microsoft's GameInput update caused RB4I to stop recognizing the Riffmaster altogether, which I've since fixed, and the crashing is new.
