Deleted gameinput Mapper still crashes

Ive deleted gameinput to the point where it wont reinstall itself on my computer and now whenever I use the mapper after a few seconds the application just crashes and it doesnt show anything in the log

solved my own problem, i had to enable gameinput service in services.msc for some reason
