Issue Summary
I updated to 0.13.2 and a few of my automations were broken, especially for fluid crafting.
I noticed that where i had placed Void covers on machines previously and the Storage busses could access the machine if placed on the same face, they cant now,
After Updating the pack (cant say if it happend in 0.13 aswell) these outomations stopped working.
Reproduction steps
For Example i had a CHem Reactor make Hypochlorus acid and i added a void cover that voided the Diluted Hydrochloric acid.
i Stuck a Storage bus on the same face as the void cover so i could Transport that over AE2 to all the machines that need hypochlorus,
