Coverage calculator not showing a plot

Using the coverage calculator gives this in the logs and doesn't appear to do anything.

Further, on production, when selecting the filters for the coverage calculator, the wavelength range (in Angstroms) is autofilled with the wavelength range of the selected filters. This functionality is lost or is not working. I also do not see the Instrument list under the coverage calculator populated with the instruments shown at the top under Follow-Up.

The wavelengths now update from the filter selection, but I am getting the error where the skymap url is not found. Here are my console logs:
