Promote the reviewed read-only Swagger Petstore TypeMCP and TypeChain examples from dev to release-only main. Source must be current dev bc99aceff608af7e66de6ca3f1bcf3a9e4e7823b; main history is now an ancestor of dev after reconciliation PR #18. Require exact-head independent approval plus both verify and release-promotion before squash merge.

Completed by reviewed production promotion PR #20. Canonical main is a74b30a0e8aab7173adcca2a8b38fb5064811d31; post-merge Verify workflow 30416347664 succeeded. Clean-install verification passed with 12 tests, production audit 0 vulnerabilities, fixture executions, and live Swagger Petstore/TypeChain smoke runs.
