Add Iterm2 support

Hi, I would like to add Iterm2 support for this plugin. For me it is a simpler protocol than Kitty. I would like some instruction on which files of this project I should read to implement it. Thank you so much!

Hi! The main reason this plugin only supports Kitty is because of Unicode Placeholders, they are REALLY easy to be implemented and works flawlessly.

It's not easy to tell you how to implement iterm2 in my plugin, but I can help you if you show me a proof of concept plugin that does the following:

1. Add an image to a row/col.
2. The image respects scrolling (the image moves with the text)

I got this when using this plugin in iTerm2, potentially because of the lack of support for iTerm2
