Build is working, now to make a nice notebook

I think the presentation is really important. Here are some ideas

• We can separate different chapters into different notebooks for greater clarity, with links to them in the front one.
• add text to indicate which parts to modify and re run to see how it works
• use proper markdown to highlight stuff (titles are ## something, watch the space)
• reference to our lectures
