[BUG] edit.tiddlywiki.com: Renaming a tiddler causes old tiddler to be deleted, but no new tiddler created

Describe the bug

Renaming a tiddler causes the old tiddler to be deleted, but no new tiddler is created, meaning that the text is lost.

Expected behavior

The old tiddler is git-moved to the new title: field & filename combination.

To Reproduce

1. Edit a tiddler
2. Change its title
3. Save the tiddler
4. Create draft PR

We observe that the draft PR has the old tiddler deleted, but no new file is added.

I think there is currently a bug with creating entirely new tiddlers which might be surfacing here.
