I am trying the alpha release, and I have been struggling on this for a while:
If I simply run ./bin/tiesdb as specified in the release note, not everything is starting:

And the websocket server is not responding. If I use the -f option, I have 2 more logs saying the websocket server is running:
Elassandra started
Web socket available at ws://127.0.0.1:8080
and I can communicate with it.
I am on ubuntu, and here is my java version:

I don't know if it is a bug, but it could be great to specify the -f option in the release note
