These early personal computers weren't much more than toys. You could play pong or simple shooting games, maybe do some word processing. And these toys were marketed almost entirely to men and boys.

Why do diverse companies perform better? They have may more perspectives and experiences that people can rely on and pull from when trying to come up with new ideas or even solve problems that people might come across.

Give an example of how a diverse company can serve a diverse user base or vise-versa. Well if there is a user that has a diability and you have you have developer that has the same disability they will be able to create a product that people with that disability or one similiar can use the product. Plus they are able to answer any questions or challenges that might come up during the whole process.
