Thanks for sharing the labels. I see that there would be multiple duplicate labels if only using the first 3 letters of each label.

You're welcome to submit a PR to implement a way to support longer labels. I chose to only use the first 3 labels for speed of use, but I also don't have as many labels. The current logic is at https://github.com/adamzolyak/issue-labeler-action/blob/master/helpers.js#L25.
