I can's see any "tlantic" in window object

I think i didn't install properly the plugin..if i follow the readme the command "cordova plugin add com.tlantic.plugins.socket" returns 404 error, so i used the entire url https://github.com/Tlantic/cdv-socket-plugin/issues/new and it worked. Then i tried to add manually the js code in the index.html file using <script type="text/javascript" src="js/libs/tlanticsocket/socket.js"></script> but it doesn't event connect to socket. I tried to console.log(window) and there isn't any 'tlantic'. What am i doing wrong?
I'm new to phonegap, cordova ecc., sorry..thank you for help

Try doing cordova plugin add https://github.com/Tlantic/cdv-socket-plugin instead.
