Permission name for SSO should be hash

Defintion of done:

• permission name used in loginwithapp() in id.tonomy contract should be hash(ecosystem namespace (e.g. id.tonomy + appp name + permission requested (e.g. "main" or "mobile) + parent?)

this is to ensure unique, determinant permission names across all apps and the way apps will use them
