Provide clear instructions to external MLIPModel

Torchsim algorithms need precise requirements from MLIPModel such as the shape of properties. Some mistakes can be made by third party implementing their model in torch-sim frameworks. We should give clear instructions and potentially a test suite? so that the integration works great out of the box
