The bundle only needs to have the login page in it. We can load the 'core' templates (splitter, header, blackboard, puzzle, chat, and the stuff they contain) while the user is logging in. Rarely used stuff like the callin queue, server facts, graph, and map can be completely dynamically loaded only if they're actually used.
