Element IDs should match new naming scheme

Refactor all element IDs in main page to match element naming scheme introduced in the App-Class rewrite

Rules for this naming scheme:

• Categories have a name and their elements begin with the first letter of that name (Ex: an input to the name of a list would be #iListName, and under the input struct of App, would become App.input.listName)
• Naming follows camelCasing in both HTML and JS
• There are four categories at the moment:
  • Tools (Buttons or switches intended to start a set of actions for altering the note)
  • Views (Document fragments meant to be hidden, shown, or changed on the fly)
  • Inputs (Form-type elements whose value is read to set data)
  • Components (Other text, titles, tables, styling, or static elements not classified by the first three)
