How to download the weights from Baidu repository

I am interesting in downloading the weights for the segmentation model from segmentation page but I couldn't find the way.

The Baidu is displayed on Chinese only and although I could find the download button I couldn't complete it.

Do I need to login to download the weights for example?

Any suggestion on how to overcome this issue?
