Make GUI measurement selection smarter

The gui should take advantage of the .locals of the measurement objects to smartly update the dynamic inputs. Basically do it like pymeasure...

1. Add a refresh button to the drop down for the instruments
2. Let the insturments try to idn each one so we can know what address corresponds to what instrument

Add pages to the gui for like MOKE, FE, STFMR, etc.
