Scope get_data

If we want mulitple channels to get data, it should return a pandas df that is time, ch1, ch2, ch3... based on the num of channels

Should update basic get_data in scope to take channel as an argument? maybe if channel=None then it acquires all possible channels. If a channel is specified it just returns what is asked. Currently depends on configure_acquisition()
