HDX/AV and Modules: Use the term "frontier" instead of "discovered"?

For traversals/spanning tree AVs and the modules that use them, we might use the term "frontier" for those parts of the graph that have been discovered but not yet visited.

If anything changes in HDX, this should be done in conjunction with updating the existing learning modules.
