only allow use of app by people that have an existing registered account

this is an effort to stop with the random people that find and use the app and show up on the site. Cades and Q0 asked for this in chat just now, so I'm filing the issue on their behalf.

• don't allow registration through the app
• don't allow any kind of guest access, only successful user/pass logins

Registration was never possible, but 75% (yeah, I counted) of the people that use phone in their name are unregistered. Disabling unregistered chat would lock out a large number of regular BerryTube users.

Well, AFAICT it wouldn't really lock them out, just force them to register their phone alt account.

It's a toughie, it comes down to giving the people who use the app extra grief to prevent the people who have no idea of BT from using the app.
