Add argument to open emulator in the command

TODO:
Added a argument like "emu" or "e" in the command so that when it is found the script should also run emulator while opening the IDE.
for e.g the command should look like -
create new_proj -ide as -path C:\users\tushar\Desktop\Flutter Projects -emu
or
create new_proj -ide as -path C:\users\tushar\Desktop\Flutter Projects -e
