%market_item_currency% Error

When a user is about to place an offer, the "change currency" button doesn't correctly reflect the "%market_item_currency%" placeholder value.

To Reproduce

• Describe how to reproduce this bug: EX.

1. Open the main menu
2. Go to another user's market
3. Select an item and try to make an offer for it.
4. Try changing the currency of that item

Expected behavior
the "change currency" button doesn't correctly reflect the "%market_item_currency%" placeholder value.

Additional context
This only occurs in the offer window; on other occasions, the placeholder works correctly.

(for example, it works correctly when changing the currency of an item in my own market)
