How to remove this when done using?

Hello, Im no longer using this program and have deleted all the files I can think of. However the boxes remain at each start up. How do i completely remove this program?

delete that app from Startup and search for NoFences folder in your AppData folder, then reboot, it should be gone...

Have removed from both locations, however it keeps repopulating the appdata folder and creating a fence.
There is nothing in the start folder anymore though.
