1. When I create a new fence from the right-click menu in any form, this new form always appears in a fixed position. It is recommended that this form appear in an area of the screen that does not overlap with other fence forms, and its display level should be at the top of all forms.

2. When deleting a fence form, if the message box that appears contains the title of the form being deleted, it can prevent users from accidentally deleting other forms.
