Upgrading peer dependencies @hocuspocus/provider in @blocknote/core

@blocknote/core currently declares a peer dependency on @hocuspocus/provider as ^2.15.2. This prevents using BlockNote together with @hocuspocus/provider v3 without peer dependency warnings and makes it harder to adopt the new Hocuspocus/WebSocket APIs.

Describe the solution you'd like
Update the peer dependency to also allow v3, for example:

"peerDependencies": {
  "@hocuspocus/provider": "^2.15.2 || ^3.0.0"
}

so that projects can safely use @hocuspocus/provider v3 with @blocknote/core.

Do you have any updates on the release of this version? We’re planning to deploy version 3 soon, and having this release available would help us avoid “forcing” the installation on our side by bypassing the peer-dependency errors that currently occur by default.
