Integration of Google Drive API

Most courses use GDrive as a means of book-keeping and a mock/preparatory ECSA drive. They offer a nice API (see the Python Quickstart docs).

A trigger to process and rename submissions on upload, and write details to spreadsheet.

Proper care should be taken to not lock this to GDrive. With Microsoft's support of academic institutions, it would be worth making an interface to the API so that either (any?) could be used.

Would be a good way of ensuring consistency in ECSA folder structure - prevent users from thinking about structure at all.
