Admins currently lack a single place in the dashboard to run common admin file/system tasks (e.g. replace existing PDF or ZIP files, adjust related system settings). This page should be easy to extend later with more admin tools as they are developed.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add an Admin tools dashboard page with buttons that each open a modal for a specific admin action, for example:
- Replace / update existing PDF files
- Replace / update existing ZIP files
Keep the page simple: a list of tools → modal → do the task.
