Front Power Distribution

A few outputs from last year were the incorrect voltages. We need more 12V outputs than 5V outputs. The dash needs to be 12V.

We need LEDs for when a signal is high from any button/ power source. This will help debugging since anything that is not working, the light will be off when GLV is on.

First task: (1) Look up power outputs and verify that their power source is the correct voltage. Switch the components that require 12v to appropriate location. ( Spare must be 12v)
(2) Look up the max appropriate current draw for each components (output to the components ) and verify that the fuses are appropriate and will meet rules. I think someone should also take a look at the 5V regulators being used. We're using 2 different ones and I'm not sure why. I think some chips might need more stable power than others, but maybe there's a limit on how many things can draw current?
