Summary
Don't know if this is a bug or intended, but today tried to first time install Ultramarine Linux and the installation setup window allows in every step for two-finger left-right touchpad scrolling to go forward/backward, even after successful installation of the OS without any request.
Especially going back after successful installation and going forward again starting over the installation process (that obviously fails).
Expected behaviour: No possibility to go backwards after successful installation within the same installer window context or any kind of "Do you want to run the installation again?"-yes/no-request after successful installation.
Couldn't find any existing related issue searching for "touchpad", "scrolling" or "install".
Steps to Reproduce
- Start the installer
- Go through the installation routine
- After installation scroll backward to the last window
- Scroll forward again
- Installation process starts over and fails
Possible Solutions
- No possibility to go backwards after successful installation within the same installer window context at all
- Any kind of "Do you want to run the installation again?"-yes/no-request within the same installer window context after successful installation if trying to re-run as fails-safe state
- Removing the tick besides "I understand that..."-compliance if going back after installation
