A way to update the system version (not a standard dnf upgrade, but rather update the release version`. If possible, will need to verify there is a system version available before running the system version update commands.

We have a guide on doing this through the command line already:

This, plus some logic/flags/etc. should be a part of a um system-version-upgrade or something.

For consistency, we could also wrap topgrade https://github.com/topgrade-rs/topgrade as another update command to just update the current system

Done, thank you! Let me know if you have any questions, I'd also recommend playing with system version upgrades in virtual machines (there is actually a new Fedora release (44) that we are preparing the ultramarine 43 upgrade path for right now, so it's a great time to test)
