Clarify license

Hi,

pyforms has a MIT License file, but pyforms-web has no license file at all.
On PyPi it is listed as GPL3 (probably a bug on setup.py that tries to guess it).

I guess it is MIT as pyforms, but please clarify (add a LICENSE file)
